Starting out from college and throughout my professional career I’ve been a candidate for many jobs. Too often, I’ve seen practices that just make no sense and that frankly I think are disrespectful to job candidates. Once I became a hiring manager, I realized the role I could play in stopping bad practices and wasting everyone’s time.
